Data Deletion Instructions

Sign in, open the Connect page, find the source (for example Meta Ads or Instagram) and choose Disconnect. This deletes the access and refresh tokens we hold for that source and stops every further read immediately. It takes effect at once; there is nothing to wait for.

You can also revoke Dekstr's access from the platform's own side: for Meta, in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or on Instagram in Settings → Website Permissions; for Google, at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking there stops our reads too, but it does not delete the data already imported — use route 2 for that.

Write to privacy@dekstr.co from the email address you use with Dekstr, with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us whether you want a single connected account removed or your whole workspace. We do not need a form or an account number; the email address you write from is how we identify you.

We delete your user record, your workspace membership, the workspace's connected-source credentials, and the data imported into that workspace. Under KVKK Article 13 we answer within the statutory period.

Meta (Instagram): the encrypted access token, the Instagram account id and username we store for the channel, the ids and permalinks of posts published through Dekstr, and the per-post metrics we collected (reach, impressions, likes, comments, saves, views).

Meta (Ads): the encrypted access token and the daily campaign rows we imported — campaign id and name, spend, impressions, clicks and conversions.

Google (Ads, Analytics 4, Search Console): the encrypted access and refresh tokens, and the imported daily rows — campaign spend and conversions, sessions by channel, and search queries with clicks, impressions and position.

Payment and marketplace connectors (Stripe, iyzico, PayTR, Shopify, Trendyol, n11): the encrypted key set and the imported daily revenue rows.

Posts already published to Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn live on that platform, not on Dekstr. Deleting your Dekstr data does not remove them; delete them on the platform itself.

We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, for as long as the law requires. These do not include the data read from your connected accounts.
