Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Dekstr, operated by the sole proprietorship ÖMER ÖGEDAY İNAN, İskele Mahallesi, 2018/8 Sk. No: 8, Urla/İzmir, Türkiye. Dekstr is currently in private beta: joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, and the service may change while we build it.
The service
Dekstr reads the analytics, advertising, payment and marketplace accounts you connect and produces findings, recommendations and a weekly brief. It only reads these accounts: it never creates, edits or pauses campaigns or budgets. Findings and recommendations are informational — you decide what to do, and you remain responsible for the changes you make in your own accounts.
Findings, briefs and drafts are produced partly by AI models and can be wrong. Check them before you act on them.
The demo workspace shown on this site runs on fictional data created for illustration. It is not a real company and its numbers are not a performance promise.
Content and publishing
Dekstr can draft posts and, for Instagram accounts you give it access to, publish them. It publishes only the posts you approve: each post is approved per account, nothing unapproved goes out, and you can withdraw an approval while the post is still waiting. LinkedIn and Facebook posts are not published by Dekstr; they are shared manually.
You are responsible for the content you approve, including its text, images and videos, the claims it makes, and its compliance with the law and with the rules of the platform it is published on. Approve only content you have the right to publish.
Beta status
During private beta the service is provided as-is, without warranties and without a service level commitment. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will tell you before anything affects data you rely on.
Your accounts and data
You must be entitled to connect the accounts you authorize. Your data stays yours: we process it to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can disconnect a source or ask for deletion at any time.
Do not use Dekstr to break the law, to breach the terms of a connected platform, or to attack the service or other users.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the beta service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which during private beta is zero. These terms are governed by Turkish law.
